Sigrid Betzelt
Sigrid Betzelt, Dr. phil., has been a professor of social sciences, specialising in the sociology of work and organisations, at the Berlin School of Economics and Law since April 2009. Prior to this position she was a research associate and manager of various third party funded projects at the University of Bremen and worked as a research consultant for a parliamentary group in the Bremen Parliament. She is project leader within the Network of Excellence RECWOWE (Work and Welfare in Europe) of the European Commission’s Sixth Framework Programme. In addition, Sigrid Betzelt has worked as an expert consultant in the preparation of the German government’s first report on gender equality. more
